The Mix Youth Cooperative
Meets regularly on Wednesday nights from 7-9pm
The evening includes teens from sixth grade through high school from all over the city, from different schools, churches, and communities. It starts out with a crazy good time of connecting with others, with tunes rockin', ice breakers and semi-organized games, and ends with snacks, time to hang out, talk, play a game of pool, ping pong, foosball and/or other activities. In between there is time of sharing life, prayer, and a short teaching time. Our gatherings not only provide a place to hang out and have fun with friends, they also provide a safe place to explore hopes, doubts, fears and dreams and what it means to be followers of Jesus Christ in our everyday lives. Seekers, doubters, believers, or a combo of any of these are all welcomed to join us.
